Product Overview
● Double Heads Glass Drilling Machine issuitable for Home Applicance products, mainly for cooktop ovens's big holes Drilling (2-4 holes).
● Can be controlled independently by single hole drilling and double holes drilling, and two big holes can drilling at the same time;
● The machine is composed of there groups of servo, controlled by PLC and touch screen; Processing can control by foot switch or cycle operation;
● The drilling spindle X/Z/Z is connected by linear guide rail and ball screw and controlled by servo motor;
● Tow pairs of upper and lower spindles of Z-axis are drilled on both sides. The drilling speed is controlled by servo. It is convenient to directly control the drilling speed and depth by adjusting parameters. One key type change is adopted, and the type change time is short.
● The hole diameter/length and other parameters of each bit can be drectly input into the computer, and CNC Machine will automatically adust the drilling depth and speed according to the parameter settings.
